Rahul is a software industry veteran with over a decade of experience working in the technology product and services field with the eCTD and electronic data standards. He has worked extensively with some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and provides a visionary perspective for GlobalSubmit and the future of electronic submissions. Rahul holds a B.S. from  Princeton University.

Jason Rock, CTO

Jason is a technology visionary and leader within the eCTD community at large.  He has over 10 years of experience working with global life sciences companies and regulatory agencies to promote the adoption of the eCTD through the development of advanced applications.  In his role as CTO, Jason provides strong leadership for the strategic and technical direction of GlobalSubmit's product architecture and development.  He is a frequent guest speaker at numerous industry forums such as DIA, RAPS, and others.  Jason chairs the HL7 Regulated Product (RPS) initiative and works closely with the U.S. FDA for their deployment of GlobalSubmit applications as well as various technology programs involving regulatory submissions.

Valarie King-Bailey, VP Sales & Marketing

Valarie King-Bailey has over 26 years of progressive experience as a  senior sales and marketing executive.  Prior to her tenure with GlobalSubmit, she has successfully led sales and marketing efforts for many leading software companies.  Valarie formally served as chief marketing officer for QUMAS and Director of Industry Development for Documentum.  She also served as Director of Document Management and Quality Systems for Abbott Laboratories where she earned Abbott's coveted Chairman's Award for two consecutive years.  Valarie holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an M.B.A. form Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.
